In 2013, I was approached by Nickelodeon to pitch some ideas for their International Shorts Program. The one they selected was Badly Drawn Animals, inspired by my genuine inability to draw animals well.
The short focusses on Ben, a young zoo employee and his best friend Pesto, the Komodo dragon. He is forced to clean up the entire zoo after displeasing his boss, Mr. Kong, but instead uncovers a plot to destroy the Earth.
